Theradome six month money back guarantee and refund policy

We believe you will love your Theradome. Purchase from our website, for 6-month money back guarantee coverage. This is effective from the date of purchase of the product. To qualify for our money back guarantee, we simply request that you use your Theradome as instructed. Per your user manual, use Theradome for 20-minute sessions 180 days, to the best of your ability. Use PRO 2 x per week and EVO 4 x per week.

If you have not achieved visible results after 180 days from the date of purchase, you may return your Theradome for a full refund of the purchase price. This is less the shipping cost.

Refunds are subject to thorough inspection of the product. Theradome Africa recommends that pictures of the scalp will be taken and saved as reference points. Please ensure that pictures carry date stamps.
